Apolemichthys xanthotis, also known as Yellow-ear angel; Dusky Angel, Arabian smoke angelfish or the Red Sea Angelfish, is found endemic in Red Sea around to the south, Oman's coast into the Persian Gulf. The Red Sea Angelfish inhabits coral-rich areas.
His Body a lot flattened, of quadrangular shape, along prick on the opercolo branchial; vellutato livery of color black, with one large spot nacre on the flanks, a point behind the yellow eye and the tail.
Apolemichthys xanthotis needs a tank with many shelters and hiding places in how much it swims in the pressed ones of the madrepore. Probably feeds on algae, sponges and benthic invertebrates.
Most large angelfish are well known for nipping at large-polyped stony corals and some soft corals as well as tridacnid clam mantles.
