Paracondylactis hertwigi has a very long body with a narrow pedal disk.
The body column itself is smooth, sometimes with grouped nematocysts and a ring of perforated pseudospheres on its edge.

The sea anemone has up to 96 rather short, hexametrically arranged tentacles, as well as two well-developed siphonoglyphs,
Their color is also whitish-grey, with opaque white oval zones and grey-blue irregular transverse stripes, both of which are located on the oral side of the tentacles.
The length is approximately the same in all three cycles, maximum length: 1.0 cm.
The oral disc is simple, brightly colored and has radial stripes, diameter: 1.5 cm.
