Embletonia gracilis Risbec, 1928

The body is long with two rows of widely-spaced cerata. Body and cerata are usually translucent white. Cerata can be cream, orange or brown in colour(depending on the food source).The cerata split at the tips.

Embletonia gracilis is widely distributed in the Indo-Pacific an Eastern Pacific.This species cab be found on the undersides of rocks from 9-25 m.

It reportedly feeds on hydrozoonpolyps and stores the nematocysts at the tips of its cerata.
